• We dispatch orders received before 4 pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery to mainland UK and Europe via Royal Mail.
• Smaller orders under £100 may be dispatched via the Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service – This should also be delivered to the mainland UK on the next working day.
• Orders to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other Islands may take an additional 24-48 hours.
• International Order minimum order value of £10 will be sent the same day as tracked.
• Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday mornings.
• Out-of-stock items on back order will be sent to you automatically as soon as we receive them; for the majority of items, this will be within 5-10 working days.

Return Policy:

• 30 Days Return policy on all orders if defective, change of mind, or no longer needed.
• All items must be in their original Packing.
• All goods are to be returned at customers’ expense, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
• Returned goods must be in a saleable condition, inclusive of all original packaging, unopened and unused.
• All returns must be suitably packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  
• Products with no packaging cannot be returned once open and used.
